Lock 13 seen from Kelheim direction. The southern wall of the lock was destroyed during building of the new Main-Danube Canal. The new canal replaces the river Altmühl here and is some meters below the old canal.
Some hundred meters from here towards Kelheim the old canal was flowing into the Altmühl river.
